Position Summary:

We are looking for a personable, energetic, and passionate Coffee Truck Barista to join our team. As a Coffee Truck Barista, you will be responsible for brewing and serving high-quality coffee on the go, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and bringing the Buddy Brew ethos to every interaction. This is a part-time position with flexible hours to fit your schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso beverages, ensuring every cup meets Buddy Brew’s high standards.
• Provide friendly, prompt, and professional customer service, engaging with customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the coffee truck for daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization inside the coffee truck, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Restock supplies and maintain inventory for coffee truck operations.
• Be a positive representative of the Buddy Brew brand, embodying our mission to “Brew Good. Do Good.”
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, based on truck event schedules.
• Ability to drive the coffee truck (preferred but not required).

Qualifications:

• Previous barista or customer service experience preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions (as this is a mobile position).
• Valid driver's license
• Food Truck Driving experience (preferred but not required for the role).
• A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn more about the craft.
